Finance Administrator

Heartmade Media is a young production house that creates positive and heartwarming feel-good TV programs for a broad audience.

With productions such as Regi Academy, Latem Leven, and more recently the award-winning Shalom Allemaal and the new telenovela Milo, the production house is increasingly leaving its mark on the Flemish television landscape.

To further support our growth, we are looking for a Finance Administrator.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices;
• Executing payments;
• Preparing monthly accounting;
• Ensuring approval of invoices and allocation of costs to the correct project code;
• Monitoring expense reports;
• Managing payroll administration;
• Administrative follow-up and organization of contracts.

What we expect:

• Good understanding of finance or accounting (through education or relevant experience);
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize effectively;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience with Exact Online is a plus.
